Kirklevington History Group

The Kirklevington and Castlelevington History Group has been in existence in one form or another for the last 30 years or so.

It meets in the Kirklevington Memorial Hall at 10:30 am on the second Monday of each month for the purposes of gathering and retaining for posterity, information on the Parish. The history Group would be pleased to accept new members.

Please click for a brief history of the Parish. A more full history can be found starting on page 5 of the Community Plan for Kirklevington and Castlelevington Parish published in June 2012.

The History group would be pleased to receive old photographs of the parish either as donations or on loan for scanning (to be returned in good order to the owner). Please contact Dave Brickles dave.brickles@talktalk.net if you can help.

Further updates to this section will follow periodically. These will be in the form of extracts from the archives of the History Group and it is intended to publish these on a regular basis.
